Dr. Keller's "Keller Suction Fiber Guide"
Dr Keller worked with Barry Davis and Gregory M. Miles to develop an idea for Laser Lipolosies. The Suction Fiber Guide was designed to aspirate fat while lasing at the same time. This new design has several key components: it removes melted fat while also removing heat, allowing for real-time visualization of the effect of Laser Lipolises on the patient. Another benefit is the reduction of the time it takes to perform the procedure.

Constance M. Barone on the canister fat collection system
I have had the pleasure of using the canister fat collection system designed by Greg Miles used in conjunction with the “Tickle Liposuction System”. The system is easy to sterilize and take apart. It was very easy to clean the fat by attaching an IV bag of Lactated Ringer’s or Normal Saline to the twist lock on the cover and allow it to infuse. Then allow the fat and serum to settle and easily cant off the serum with the sterile tubing system. When the fat was harvested it was extracted from the tubing without difficulty. The system offers several advantages: it can be easily cleaned, sterilized, the fat can be washed, and the fat can be easily harvested! Great, reliable, cost-effective system!
